Community Health Educator/Overdose Prevention
Department: Health Education
- Requires a master’s degree in community health education: OR a bachelor’s degree with courses in community education with areas of concentration in the behavioral and biological sciences, and experiences in community health education and/or substance us

- Works with the coordinator to plan, organize and conduct overdose prevention programs for participating agencies.

Data Analyst

- THIS POSITION IS ON SITE. NO REMOTE WORK.
- Ensure systems/processes are in place for data collection and data management.
- Oversee Village InCK data collection and management for the purpose of program model goals, evaluation, reporting outcomes, maintaining funding and promoting sustainability.
- Developing, reporting and monitoring of AIMS Driver for Village InCK.
- Provide Data reporting for Village InCK Quarterly and Annual Reports.

Engagement Specialist
Department: Crisis Services

Fiscal Manager

Department: Home Health
- Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois.
- One or more years of community health nursing experience.
